Workout, anxiety, nutrition and stomachache

Hi,

I have an anxiety for 2 years now and i had all the terrible symptoms including stomachache every morning. I tried different things to get better but i did not, so my GP advised me to try working out. So 6 months ago i started working out highly motivated to get better physically and mentally. I bought a whey protein and started taking it twice a day with milk. I slowly started building muscle and i've put on 6 kilos of weight- 72kg-->78kg. I was taking 1 litre of milk a day with 2 scoops of whey protein. My anxiety changed and got a little bit better, i saw an improvement. Everything until this december when i tried deadlift for the first time. The next day i woke up, after i took my protein with milk i started feeling pain in my stomach going down to my groin. My anxiety kicked in and the first thing i thought of was hernia because of the deadlift, so i got really scared. Stopped taking the protein and milk for a few days. After a few days the pain subsided so i thought it was a tight psoas. After a few days i started lifting weights again but since then my stomach was never the same - constant bloating, gases and discomfort. Then one night i drank 2 glasses of milk and i felt very strong pain. So i think i might turned lactose intolerant. So i kept working out and taking the whey protein with water and i dont have pains but i feel bloating, gasses and discomfort when i take the protein which causes me more anxiety. I havent been able to progress much in the last month and the lifting stopped helping my anxiety and instead started activating it. What do i do guys, help me. I really want to get better. Thank you for your time.
