women bulking diet and exercise help please !

I have been stagnant at the same weight (150lbs and 5 ft6) for a good long while, more than a year. I have been able to build some lean muscle but am looking do bulk more. Im currently at about 20% BF (ish) im new to the bulking thing and not too sure how to make sure im doing it right, since i dont want to be puting on a bunch of fat, basically want to eat enought o build muscle but not so much that im turning myself into a blob.

My TDEE is about 1880 and im now eating about 2000 cals per day with 150 gm being protein, 45g fat and the rest carbs. does this sound good? will i be able to build on this?

Also, for workout, i currently do compound exercises and high endurance circuit training with a trainer about 2-3 times a week. is that enough, should i go to the gym and pump some iron more often? LOL what are some things i should be sure i do?? im so new to this any help or reassurance is helpful.
