Why drink only Perrier? A common mistake made by many, is not taking into account what they drink, let alone what they eat. The truth is as I see it, the fluids you consume, can have just as big an impact on your waistline – and your health – as the foods you eat. Surfing the web as i do, I found a post about the benefits of Red Tea, and wrote a blog about it, It showed the benefits and side effects, of each of the 5 unique ingredients that go into the Red Tea, and all these ingredients, can be found at the local supermarket, or even in your kitchen. These simple ingredients working together, are what makes Red Tea the ultimate metabolism-boosting, fat-busting, energy-revitalizing drink (food) … and these ingredients are not found in green or black tea, or Perrier. Remember you need a good healthy drink, to was down those good healthy foods, and on a cost per drink basis…I know which I’d have.
