Hi, I have been training for about a year now I am currently on an upper and lower split and I do it twice a week, I am looking too build mass as I am still quite weedy, I have been looking into how to calculating macros and everything and its all so confusing. Do I do a cut then bulk, or should I bulk and then cut. I am 6"2 and around 74kg any advice would be really appreciated!
