Hello. Not sure if i am posting in the right forum or if there even is one. Growing up i had an eating disorder and was so malnourished my arms and hands wouldnt grow with the rest of my body and as an adult didnt eat much better due to drug issues so im still pretty unhealthy and have low testosterone but am now sober. Im 31 and my shoulders just grew a lot and looks bad in my opinion. When i am back to being healthy and get my testosterone levels back to normal is their any chance the bones in my arms and hands get thicker? Mainly forearms and hands? I know bones thicken as you age but will i see more imporovement faster since im not healthy at the moment? Thanks for any info.
