I’m just over a year into lifting and things have been going mostly great. My biggest struggle so far has been with nutrition, and I’ve been making more of an effort recently to eat properly. My biggest obstacle in that regard is that I’m currently in a very time-intensive school program (basically all I do is go to class and study) and will continue to be for the next two and a half years. While finding an hour or two for exercise four days a week has been fine, I’m really struggling right now to have time to make some of the meals I’ve been seeing on online meal plans. Does anyone have recommendaitons for labour/time light meals and/or meal plans, or just tips in general of how to speed the whole process up?
