My football coach practically praises the peanut butter jelly diet. He says because we are students and have to do a bunch of stuff outside of school we are lazy and do not have time to make full meals and bring them to school. So he offers a solution to this by saying to eat 3 to 5 peanut butter jelly sandwiches throughout the day with three being the minimum, and five being if you don't get any other meals but he still recommends meals. Is this a healthy diet because I did it a couple of times due to it being just so easy to meal prep sandwiches haha, and is there any other bulking diet that is time efficient.
