Do I have to weigh out every meal out? Or can I put all the prepared ingredients in large containers (one for rice, one for chicken, one for veg. etc.) and eyeball the portions out on a plate/container when it is time to heat up a meal. Will I get the same results?
To better explain my question:
- cook and divide 8oz breast into 2 tupperware @ 4oz each tupperware
VERSUS
- cook and pack 8oz of breast into one container, then take out half of it (by eyeballing it) to heat it up for a meal, other half for second meal
For the second way you are still weighing/tracking macros, but you are just dividing the amount throughout x number of meals by eyeballing out portions instead of weighing individual portions. Saves time.
