Just wondering if these numbers look alright and if anyone has some suggestions for me to improve. Looking to build more lean muscle of course.
I'm 6 foot, 165 lbs, 28yr old male, fairly lean and muscular probably about 15% bf. I've been lifting for a while, i'm in the gym 3x a week going hard and lifting heavy. Other 4 days a week im still active and often will do around 20 minutes of ab work.
The following is what im currently doing and is my maintenance level, I would need to add a little to slow bulk which is what I want to do. Any suggestions??

I'm new to tracking my numbers, traditional I just eat healthy and lift and enjoy myself but I want to start being a little more serious.
