How do I maintain my weight and lose body fat?

I am 16 years old and I weigh 220 pounds. I am 6 foot 4 and i'm pretty strong for being 16. Right now, I've started arm wrestling seriously. It's a sport I really love but I have a dying question.
I am not lean in any way, I do have a bit of belly fat and I don't exactly have "pecs". If you were to look at me, you would say that I look just a bit overweight.

My goal right now is to maintain my current weight which is 220 pounds but get lean and look good. I'd like people to look at me and see a fit guy. I have no idea how I'm supposed to achieve this. If I reduce my calories, won't that make me lose weight? Do I do extra cardio, do I eat healthier, do I lift more? What do I do?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
