Hi guys, I am unable to put on any muscle.
So, what I am trying to do is eat more. I am running an experiment... Here is my logic, if I eat more and I am not growing, then my training is bad.
If I start to grow, then I know I wasn't eating enough.
So.
I weigh 217 pounds and I am 6 foot tall.

If I only eat when my body WANTS to eat, I am lucky to get 50 grams of protein a day and 150 grams of carbs a day. This is what my body WANTS, anything more my body is "what the phuck I'm not hungry".
My apetite is chit. It doesn't matter that I work for Pepsi and do heavy labor as a driver. It doesn't matter if I do cardio or workout, my body does not like to eat.
I know I'm fat and that is mainly because I like soda (doesn't help working for Pepsi).
So here are my two questions
1) how do I make my apetite go up?
2) do I just have to accept that I'll have to force feed myself? Do some people just have phucked up appetites?
