To any of you guys that drink beer or alcohol everyday, does it effect your gains, does it effect you losing fat?, are you still able to drink alcohol everyday and still have under 12% body fat?, i'm at about 15-14% body fat but can't seem to give up having a beer a day?, this thread is just mainly to discuss drinking everyday, and still being able to make gains and lose fat etc... story,advice,fat loss,muscle gain, discuss whatever you want as long as it is similarly related to this topic in some way.
