The last 5 months I've been travelling therefore quit weight lifting for this period.
I have gained a little bit of fat (enough for my abs to be less visible) and obviously lost muscle mass.
I know that ONLY beginners can gain muscle whilst cutting.
Does this same concept work for me as it's been so long, or do I need to maintain a calorie surplus like before?
