Hi guys, first time posting but I have enjoyed reading all of your thoughts over the years. I recently started carb cycling program and I’ve lost 5lbs in the first two weeks and have retained all my strength. My goal has been to cut fat while retaining muscle. Only problem is that I have no energy at all!!! Not even a little. I’m not feeling overly hungry but it’s been a rather sharp decline since I started. What I hope for is matching my nutrition to my workouts. Right now I can barely workout. However, I am getting shredded which is encouraging to see but is no way sustainable. Here’s my programming and my body specs. I don’t know if I’m cycling too often and my body can’t adjust? Too low calories and carbs? Historically I have needed a lot of carbs to workout with intensity. But I thought by cycling every other day I’d be able to bridge that gap
