I have signed up for the gym and was looking for advice on where to start with my diet. Im 6 foot 2 and I weigh 74kg and no matter how much i seem to eat my weight doesn't seem to move up or down.The food i eat is almost all processed.
My diet at the moment consists of mainly ready made frozen food such as
birds eye chicken breasts,
pepperoni pizzas,
chicken goujons,
pasta,
bolognese
heinz beans,
bread
I drink around 1 litre of chocolate milk each day (I was told thats helpful to gain weight because of how much sugar and protein it has) and two litres of water.
I have been told i should be eating only food i make from scratch my self but i really dont have time to do it. I was thinking about trying meal prep companies that send you ready made food.
I also often find my self not hungry even when I haven't eaten yet.
Any advice would be great as im really confused on what direction to go in.
