So guys am currently preparing to bulk, have started overeating to get used to it and will begin training week after next(I don't put on weight easy so really not too fussed if I gain an extra pound or two) .
I haven't added my 2 homemade weight gain shakes yet, they'll add something like an extra 1400 calories roughly.
9am 2 eggs, with mixed nuts pint of milk roughly 500 calories
11am 100g maxed raisins 300g calories
1230 chicken breast with wholegrain rice and quinoa
330pm meat sandwich
About 6or7pm dinner which is similar to lunch.
Once I start training I'll add in the shakes when I wake up and go to bed.
Is this an okay bulking up plan for when I start, I'm giving myself a couple weeks before I start hitting the gym to get things right and gives me a chance to stock up on the food.
