How many calories do I need?

Hi everyone,

Started working out consistently 3 days a week as of July 2018 but have lost about 6kg.

I started off at about 90kg and am currently 84kg 27% BF looking to get down to 67 kg with about 13% BF while building some muscle.

Question is, I have been recommended to eat about 1500 calories by myfitnesspal to lose 0.75kg a week with the sedentary lifestyle option.

On days that I workout do I need to eat more than 1500 to not lose muscle quickly or am I fine by just eating 1500 a day.

Currently on the 5x5 program, looking to move on to ppl 4 days a week in a few weeks time.
