Good Plan or should modify?

So, this is a semi- 'bulk or cut' post.

Basically, I'm:
Male-22-6ft-187pounds
Workout Program = PHUL (from Reddit)
Lifestyle = Law Student, so class and looking down at a book all day.

Background: Bulking since April 1st from 167lbs.

Basically, my plan is to bulk the remainder of the year, pack on 10 ish more pounds, then cut after the new year because were about to go through Thanksgiving, Two weeks of finals, and Christmas.


I've got mixed responses from reddit on whether this is a good plan. Some said cut 5-8 pounds now, some said the plan was fine.
