Hey guys, still new to dieting and stuff. I used the macronutrient calculator on this website and it says flexible dieting is meeting your macros instead of counting calories. For me I just want to gain more muscle, should I focus on counting calories and meeting my macros or just meeting my macros? I am fairly skinny 5' 10" 165 (haven't weighed my self in a week, waiting for a scale to come in the mail). What would you guys recommend or whats your experience? Here are my macros:
CARBS: 313 G PER DAY.
PROTEIN: 209 G PER DAY.
FATS: 77 G PER DAY.
