Hi guys,
I've been going to the gym for a year now but never took diet it seriously until last month and that's only cause I've got a ceremony on 28th dec where there would be around 5-6k guests and i would be on/off stage the whole time. So I want to look good and started this diet one month ago but really haven't noticed any worthy difference at all.
My weight is around 60kgs so my daily protein intake should be around 130gms -ish which I'm definitely hitting. Here is my daily diet:
150gm chicken.
1 scoop ON whey.
7 egg whites and 3 whole eggs.
Various nuts and dry fruits.
Protein shake with oats, peanut butter, fruit, milk and
1 scoop whey.
And one time homemade lunch(roti + vegetables etc like that).
So after doing calculation I'm easily hitting 130gms with this but this doesn't to stick to my body and I'm wild guessing that it just gets out of my system in the morning lol wtf. Do I need to take anything to help absorb the protein?? I'm currently taking omega3 and multivitamins.
What else do I need to add to my diet?
Thanks so much guys :)
Oh and yes I'm spending 1.5hrs in the gym and workout is heavy so thats not an issue at all.
