Bulking & Lactose

Hello,
I Am currently bulking (3 months in) and it occurred to me that I might be lactose intolerant on some level - it doesn't effect me badly - I don't have pain or other severe symptoms but it does make me a bit bloated / make my stool soft usually, even when i take lactase before eating. Assuming I keep consuming dairy, can it harm my gains? i mean does it affect my caloric surplus? Thanks!
