BFS diet?

I'm new here. I have been training for muscular endurance for about 2 years. I show no real definition except for my legs. I've been doing cardio 4 times a week at moderate to high intensity. Then my workouts were just 7 excercise that vary at about 65 percent of my max at 15 reps. 4 sets. I saw BFS and immediately wanted to try it. I started mom say. I have become exhausted. I cant get up for cardio. I'm hungry a lot more than I was. I am 1200 calories a day of clean food and 16g of creatine. My trainer is not a body building trainer so were kind of winging this. My question is should I be sticking with the cardio? Should I be eating more? More carbs or more protein? Do I really need more rest or am I just new and weak lol thanks for any help.
