what is my activity level?

so I want your help determining my activity level factor :
this is exactly what I do 95% of the time :
I lift 5 times a week , each lifting session is 50 - 60 min
I do hiit \ liss 2-3 times a week , each time burning for around 180-220 calories .
My daily lifestyle is sedentary I assume - most of the day Im on my feet \ but never on a high heart rate. ( is that considered sedentary ? )
so what is my activity number , I just want an estimation.
I have been on around 1.60-1.61 until now and It went good so far but I just want your opinion about it.
