He states that of the daily surplus only about a third will go to fat, meaning that if your TDEE is 2500 and you eat 10000, only 2500 of 7500 will go to fat - 0.7lbs (2500/3500).
I thought that it would all go to fat but then it means that I only need to run a deficit of 2500 in total on other days to compensate for the binge? Seems too good to be true
