Alright so I know timing is ain’t important compared to overall well balanced diet and fitting macros .
But for the past few months I had pb In my post workout shake together with whey , milk , oats and sometimes a banana or blackberry ..
but I heard over and over that fats are slowing the digestion of protein and carbs ..
so what time is best to replace it ?
Also , is eating pb with jelly(reduced sugar) and whole wheat bread before bed or at breakfast once in a while is ok?and what is best ? Before bed or at breakfast?
