Hello everyone,
With regards to sugar intake from whole fruits, what is the recommended number of serving per day? I don't know if there is a limit of how much fruit you should eat per day. Also, for instance, Fruit Chutney sauce, this will probably fall under added sugar(?). Is dried fruit fine to eat, or does this also fall under the added sugar limits ?
I eat spicy food every day and was so wondering if there was any negative benefits of doing so, maybe in regards to gut health or inflammation ect..
