Hi guys I've just started eating at maintenance which for me is around 1600cal (female 5"2) I have my protein at 1g per lb I weigh so 113g but I always go over this is due to the foods I like, I don't take suppliments.
My carbs are always low. Is this an issue that my carbs are being sacrificed for more protein? I have plenty of fruit and veg I just don't like potatoes pasta or rice. I do have home made bread with eggs each night as my last meal.
