So just a quick background. I have been lifting since 2011. Did countless programs and finally this year has been the best as i figured out more or less what works for me and i made the most progress strength wise. Currently im 5'9 180 and currently my stats are 265 bench, 340 squat, 405 sumo deadlift and a 160 ohp. Maybe not the best lifts given the fact i have been lifting for a while, but nontheless im pretty happy with my strength. However, my physique is a whole other issue. Depsite my lifts being high as they are my body does not even look close to what im lifting. Im not sure what exactly i should be doing differently. I have pics linked and was hoping to get some advice on what my next steps should be. Cut or bulk? Do i have enough mass to do a proper cut?
