No Protein Day (Protein Cycling)

I found a video on youtube (I can't share it because of my post count) which a guy was talking about protein cycling and he says you need to eat no proteins one day in a week and increase your protein intake every 2 days and repeat again every weak and he says this will make you build more muscle so what do you guys think about that?
