I am looking for some recommendation for glycogen depletion for soemone who isn't able to do high intensity, sprints, or heavy weight training. I understand these may be less effective in glycogen depletion. Still I would like a list of lower intensity options that still will have benefits of glycogen depletion. I am new to the forum. If this has been talked about. I am sorry.
