I've tried to bulk and track calories before but the eating proved too much for me I was constantly feeling bloated and my portion control was ****ed up. So I'm on 3,058 cals per day and my mascros are 229p, 119f, 267c. Any advice on what foods to get (I shred fat like a mf so I'm not gonna be too clean and have a pizza and Feasters burger here or there) but tips on quick snacks to fill in the quota and tips on prepping and how to spend as little time as possible prepping food won't go a miss. 😁😁
