Hi my name is Andrew, I’m 18 and now 126 lbs. I say now because I have been trying to bulk recently, but after lifting weights with not much cardio and eating healthy foods and lots of protein for only a week I lost about 8 lbs. idk how to fix this and I have trouble eating lots of healthy food because it all seems to be too low in calories and/or my stomach just can’t hold enough. If anyone has any food suggestions or ways for me to reach my goal more effectively I would love to hear them. Thanks!
