So before bed I always have casein protein and Greek yogurt with peanut butter. However, I always wake up really hungryDuring the night. I know setting an alarm to have protein shake and stuff is dumb, since sleep is important. But if I’m up anyway, I figured it’s an opportunity to help grow muscle and get extra nutrition/protein. I am hunger when I wake up during the night tho, and have had something like a quest bar or something to satisfy he hunger and get extra protein to be able to fall back asleep. I’m wondering if this will hurt/help my muscle growth in a lean way, as do not want to store much fat in the process. Just want some feedback, thanks !
