Need advice on Bulking

I just started ICF 5x5 as a novice and I’m trying to put on muscle. My question is during a bulk what is the best way to stay consistent each day and reach your caloric goals. I try to count every calorie and prep meals but it can be overwhelming at times I didn’t know if there was a more efficient way of doing this as a beginner or if anyone had any advice on what they did at a newbie stage.
