I’m 154 5 ft 9, maintence calories are 2300, protein minimum is 110g and fat is 60g
I’m going to to eat 1800 calories in 2 meals a day one at midday and one in the evening.
One of my meal plans is
Meal 1
6 large eggs, 510 calories 34g fat and 49g protein
4 slices is thick cut bacon, 280 calories 16g fat and 31g protein
Snack- protein shake and fruit bag 200 calories 20g protein
Meal2
300 g pasta 480 calories 15 G protein
60g low fat cheese 200 calories 14g fat and 16g protein
60g mayonnaise light- 160 calories 16g fat
Veggies
How does it look? Does anything need changing or is it okay and I’m going to make another meal plan and alternate through them each day.
