confused about my required macro's i should intake

What are the required fats and carbs a 16 year old needs to take?

is there something like 0.6 - 0.9 per pound of bodyweight (as example) for like carbs and fats too?

I'm 16 years old and weigh 69 to 72 KG (my weight is stunting because of waterweight) and i wanna know what is the best and minimum required amount of grams from fats and carbs i should intake daily? I'm currently not trying to gain weight or lose weight i just stay in an area of 1500 calories to 2000 aday and i get greater results in the mirror by everyweek.

I also wanna what could be dangerous about not getting enough fats? I know that low carbs can make you lose strength and you will have problems on the toilet but what about fats?
