Right now I'm 20 years old, weigh 80kg and 1,80m long. My daily kcal intake is between 2400 and 2500 kcal(40/40/20). I go to the gym 5 times a week. My bodyfat is 18% according to the scale.
I'm cutting for at least 1,5 years right now and in the last few months my bodyfat has only gained, where as my lean muscle mass has decreased.
I'm kind of worried going to my maintance kcal intake, because I think my bodyfat will increase even more. But at the same time I don't want to lose any more muscle mass. So I'm kinda lost right now and I'm looking for some tips.
