What should my calorie and macros be for a clean bulk?

I’m just finishing up a cut in which I lost about 20 pounds in 12 weeks. Every week I would check my weight and I would see a 1.5-1.75lb drop. So I went from 185 to now 165. I did my best to try and maintain muscle and still drop fat, I was eating 2,000 calories a day with a macro split of 40% protein- 40% carbs -20% fat. So I was consuming about 190-200g protein a day. On top of the 2,000 calories I would eat I also worked out 5 times a week and unless I did direct cardio like a bike or treadmill I never counted physical activity in my calorie intake, always tried to get a net of 2,000 cals.

Now I’m definitely looking a lot more cut, seeing veins and my abs are starting to come through, but in the process all the fat from my arms is gone and my arms are looking a little small. So I want to try and go on a clean bulk to increase my arm size but put on minimal fat. I just don’t know how many calories to consume or what my macros should be. So considering that at 2,000 net calories a day I was losing about 1.5-1.75 lbs a week, how many calories should I eat to build muscle but limit my fat gain. Also what should my macro set up look like?
