To bulk or cut?

I’m 17,5’11, and 160Ibs
Bench-205Ibs
Squat-300Ibs
Deadlift-325Ibs
I posted a pic of me in my progress photos, not to sure how to link on these forums. I don’t know if I should cut or bulk. Please help!
