Hello guys first post,
What happens to my TDEE if I overslept? Usually I sleep within 6-7 hours per day. However on weekends I tend to go the extra mile and do 10-12h of sleep.
(I´m starting to shift to a more regular amount of hours and reduce the weekends)
Should I do something about my Calorie intake on the days I oversleep?
