Hi all im very new to lifting and have been lifting for only 6 weeks following stronglifts. I haven't been tracking what I eat as I just wanted to get into a habit of working out and learn form on the key lifts. I am 190lb 6 foot 2 and wish to cut first until I get to about 12 percent body fat which will set me up for a nice long lean bulk. All tdee calculators I've used vary massively and I was wondering if somebody could recommend a starting calorie amount to lose about 1 - 1.5lb a week which I will then tweak as I go as I find out my tdee. Also can I stick with strong lifts for a few month to continue practicing form while I cut aslong as I don't progress as aggressively as I would on a bulk. I like the simplicity of the routine and it allows me to workout at home as I have a barbell a flat bench and a squat rack. Thanks in advance
