hey guys, what is the best diet? right now, im following 50/30/20. but mostly when i read the forum, they are doing high fat, high protein and low carb. am i doing a wrong diet? my goal is to lose fat and have lean muskelz...

im 170lbs, 2041 calories, 255g carbs, 153g protein, 45g fat
