meal 1:

veggies (onion tomato peppers)
1/2 C steel cut oats (will add peanut or almond butter sometimes)
1/2 C almond milk
frozen berries
coffee with cinnamon and 1/2 scoop whey protein (maybe a little butter or coconut oil)
meal 2: (post workout)
1 C water or almond milk
1 scoop whey
1 banana
almond butter
meal 3:
spinach
steak or chicken or fish
rice
fruit
meal 4:
potatoes
steak or chicken or rice
veggies
meal 5:
1 C water or almond milk
1 scoop whey
1-2tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
