So I think I discovered something.. It was my cheat day so I thought i'd do something fun for it, right? I wanted to put together a high protein, high fat, high calorie kinda deal so I had this idea to combine velveeta deluxe, a can of chili, 1 cup mixed veggies, and a can of tuna - garlic/onion powders, pepper, and hot sauce were also added. I ended up with about 1800 calories, 96 grams of protein, 64 grams of fat, I forgot how many carbs.. The weight gain was ridiculous, I had this twice over the course of two days and I got a 7lb increase in my weigh ins. Currently i'd like to lose weight, but it seems i've discovered a rapid weight gain meal. What my question becomes, is should this be entirely abandoned as a bad for health consideration? It only costed me $5 so it seems like I stumbled upon a natural mass gainer that actually works?
