I am currently overweight and i need to start work on my fitness in next 4 months before i am off to Switzerland to hike Monte Rosa for charity so and food is my weakest area, I usually just order takeaway but i need to stop this and get my mindset back again and get myself back into shape
Food is my problem and i need to know what food i need to take to lose my fat and improve my stamina as well.
Are there any useful website out there with every food that i am allowed to eat?
