I'm trying to lose weight and do my workouts in the morning but I'd like to know what people think about having a bowl of oatmeal the morning before a workout.
Will it give me the energy to go harder and longer during my workouts but not help in fat loss? Should I save the oatmeal for post workout? ...Help
