I've been eating for the past week : 20g fat, 20g carbs, 170g of protein with L-arginine supplements, bcaa, and vitamins. Daily Calorie intake is around 1000-1200 calories.
Weight training 4 days a week, cardio 3 times a week.
My weight now stands as 200lbs with 18% body fat.
Will I see body fat and muscle build with this nutrition?
