Hi everyone my name is Daniel and im brand new to body building and to this forum.
Im currently training 5 days a week and 2 days rest for the past 2 weeks and its been great im super happy with my trainer. I been pretty lean most of my adult life and active in sports like basketball and running etc.. but never weight training.
Im 39 stand 6'2 186 with about 19% body fat. My goal is to gain mass and keep the fat down. I currently eat 6 meals a day adding up to 3450 calories.

Fat 114
Protein 260
Im looking for advice on my macros am I headed down the right path to hit my goal with my food intake? Im eating clean as ever. My problem is the carb intake from rice I think its to much...
