Eating right while working advice

So I'm a 22 almost 23 year old male. I work 2 jobs both night time starting 3pm to 12 am. My job is being a line cook. I used to weigh 245lbs about 2 years ago and now I'm down to 190. I know I can do better but I feel like I've peaked. Can anyone give me advice with someone as far as meal prepping or some advice of how I can make better efforts of how to lose weight while still being able to work 2 jobs with the hours that I work?
