I got in a pretty gnarly motocross accident yesterday and won't be exercising for at least a week or two. Today, I could barely walk so been lying up in bed all day w leg propped up and tomorrow probably going to be the same as well as very little mobility for some time to come.
I'm currently 5'11" 162 lb and was bulking until this incident.
Should my diet switch up during situations like this? I was thinking cutting back from 2800 to 2300 calories and eating less carbs and more healthy fats and protein to stimulate muscle repair.
